This program includes people who have a temporary work visa or student visa and are legally present in Canada.
6️⃣ This program will be done in all Canadian provinces except Quebec. In other words, this restriction does not include people who know French and there are 3 separate and unrestricted programs for people within the province of Quebec.
For people with work visas, 50,000 people will be accepted in the working group.
