Basically, a sofra is a square or rectangular shaped KILIM rug. These colourful and flat tapestry rugs have been woven for thousands of years in and around Turkey and have served multi purpose roles around the house.

At Sofra Mediterranean Kitchen, we bring you the best of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, right here in Vancouver.
