The quoting individual was the most professional and knowledgeable of all companies who quoted. The installers were artists. (The mitered joints are invisible and they actually used a coping saw to back cut the corners of the trim, resulting in invisible joinery). The inspector visit and the follow-up by the company after the installation has been an unexpected pleasant surprise. We did not choose the lowest bid, nor the highest. I used GoldStar Window in replacing all my windows. Representative (the manager) actually knows everything you could imagine about windows. Last but not least, a week after everything was done they called and told that there was an error in the calculation (we originally priced something that eventually haven't had to be done) and that THEY OWE ME money. Check arrived in mail next day. You don't see this kind of attitude these days. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and use them agai
